Warranty Repair

Please refer to our “General Service” tab for an extensive list of the companies we work with IN and OUT of warranty.

For service under the manufactures warranty the following things are needed at the time product is brought in or shipped in:

  • COPY of the original sales receipt (No originals please-they will NOT be returned)
  • Name and current physical address
  • Daytime phone number
  • Short description of the problem with the product
  • All necessary parts needed to operate product (Ex: detachable cords, removable water reservoirs, espresso handles)
  • We DO NOT need the original packaging, instruction booklet, accessories (Ex: glass carafes, measuring tools, utensils)
    • It is not guaranteed that you will receive the same packaging back when your product is returned.
